(players will be grouped into smaller groups of 4-5 with players of similar skill)

Drop In - Pay per day - $60/session

Cost - $100.00 (12 player max)
Dennis is owner and head instructor at Inside the Den. He has coached teams in the GTHL, runs training sessions for teams (Crestwood Prep), small group sessions and has worked many years at running programs at CanLan.
Sessions will focus on angling, body position, balance, how to absorb checks at slower speeds in controlled environments, gaining confidence and safety.
