Summer Programs, Whitby, July 24-28 Stouffville, Aug 14-18
Power skating - Players will learn proper skating technique, balance, edge work, backwards skating, stops and starts, age specific drills to maximize results
Puck Skill Dev. - stickhandling, deking, learning a variety of moves
Station Work - battling, shooting, passing, edge work
Game Play - last half hour daily
Off Ice Conditioning - for full day programs
- Dry-land Training: will be age specific.
- Plyometric (speed and agility drills), Circuit Training, Bounding, Hopping and Jumping, Core strength exercises, Stretching (working on improve flexibility), Hand Eye, Coordination drills
- Conditioning both the mind and body
Fun Outdoor Games - for full day programs
Our cooperative games are LOADS OF FUN! We offer a variety of activities
- Sports - world cup soccer, floor hockey, ultimate frisbee, dodge ball type games, soccer-baseball, Olympic competitions
- Team Building Games – relays, chuck the chicken, scavenger hunts, mind challenges, Tag games
